Be sure to visit the historic Advance Store, recently purchased by Fred Taylor, owner of Sommerset Pointe Yacht Club & Marina and Century 21 Vacation Properties.

Owned by Civil War veteran Albert Steele from 1881-1915, Taylor's vision is to restore the shop in the style of 1900s general stores, with hardwood floors, a cobblestone entrance, convenience and specialty foods and a hitching post outside.
