About Our Instructors

Suzi Blanckaert
Suzi Blanckaert has been studying yoga and meditation for 19 years and teaching for over 10.  "I found yoga quite by accident but have been addicted ever since.  I read yoga philosophy on a daily basis and am always doing more research on what yoga can do for our aging bodies."  Suzi is trained in the Iyengar, Anusara and Kripalu traditions focusing on slow meditative postures.  People say "I can't do yoga.  I'm not very flexible."  Duh!  That is why we do it - to get flexibility back into our joints and to make living easy and more enjoyable.  And along the way our minds become more flexible as well and you will see how yoga just makes people happy.
